Your challenges will be to:

  • Monitor and analyse the VIP database on a daily basis.
  • Create and oversee marketing and player management strategies for VIPs.
  • Handle customers’ day-to-day queries and complaints, including out-of-hours when necessary to provide the VIP customer with personal and ‘competition beating’ service and for the VIPs satisfactory solution.
  • Create retention calling campaigns, SMS, and Email campaigns including planning, execution, evaluation, and next-step improvements.
  • Up-sell potential VIP customers by keeping track of their behaviour and ensuring they receive targeted offers.
  • Collect feedback by talking to VIP players and escalate it to the responsible team.
  • Welcome potential VIPs to the website after they made their first deposits.
  • Contact big winners and big losers on a daily basis.
  • Identify and manage any risks within areas of responsibility.

Our expectations:

  • French (level C1-C2) speaker with English to a business standard.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels with high confidence on the phone.
  • Business and sales-oriented approach.
  • Good analytical skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to deliver results and outstanding services whilst working to tight timelines.
