Your challenges will be to:
Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback;
Employ design thinking methodologies to conceptualize, design, and implement user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences;
Oversee the visual design aspects of projects, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all design elements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to define and prioritise project requirements;
Utilise data-driven insights and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability;
Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to be followed by the team;
Review and evaluate team members' work, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of their output;
Conduct regular team meetings and participate in design reviews, promoting a culture of open communication and continuous improvement;
Foster a creative and collaborative environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas and expertise within the team;
Continuously build and maintain design system all across our products.
Our expectations:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, design thinking, and visual design;
Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma);
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically;
Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and current industry trends;
Experience in working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
