Your challenges will be to:
Managing a team of Brand owners through monitoring, guiding & supervision to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization;
Monitoring the progress of tasks & projects and ensuring they stay on track based on deadlines, budgets, and other constraints;
Participating in strategic planning with other managers within Value marketing department to identify new opportunities for growth within the company;
Develop action plans and control whether they are followed in order to achieve timely go to market;
Establishing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry best practices;
Establishing goals for team members and providing regular feedback on performance to help them improve.
Our expectations:
University degree in Marketing or related;
Experience within Marketing, Sales or analysis area;
Ability to develop and get knowledge in a dynamic environment;
