We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead and coordinate our diverse projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Your role will be crucial in guiding our development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget across various domains, including:
•Customer conversion, retention and engagement solutions
•Tracking, reporting & analyzing
•Automation of processes
Your expertise will be vital in driving product innovation, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and align with the evolving needs of our clients. This role demands a balance of technical acumen and market insight, enabling us to continue our growth in the fast-paced world of software development.
Your Journey:
• Manage the on-time production of priority features for 2-4 software development teams.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on the scope, milestones and the action plan between internal and external teams.
• Ensure we have time-based plan that is properly represented in the product roadmap with corresponding release schedule.
• Monitor and resolve impediments that put the delivery schedule at risk.
• Еnsure adherence with the established Agile development practices and analize teams' performance in order to come up with process improvement ideas.
• Track and report the progress and status across all active projects on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.
Your Background:
• 4+ years of experience in a Delivery or Project Management role.
• Solid understanding of the agile development framework.
• Good understanding of the system development life cycle.
• Practical experience in managing and following up on interteam communication in a rapidly changing working environment.
• Experience with project tracking and management tools like Jira.
• Having a technical background is considered an advantage.
