Your challenges will be to:
Collect, organize and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop reports, KPIs and clean data issues.
Support Contact center in preparation and follow-up of outbound campaigns.
Perform ongoing analytical support for the marketing department.
Identify, analyse and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
Identify automating process opportunities and functions that will streamline current and future data management and reporting for the business.
Our expectations:
Ability to structure and analyze data.
Ability to understand complex data and turn it into concise and meaningful insights.
Previous experience with reporting and/or data analysis.
Experience with SQL - will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Organized with attention to detail.
Fluent English.
Bachelor's Degree.
