Your challenges will be to:

  • Obtain full knowledge of and act in accordance with the company's KYC Policies.
  • Review KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and perform customer due diligence (CDD) for client accounts and periodic CDD review on existing customer's accounts.
  • Communicate with customers directly via e-mail, requesting and following up on additional information and KYC documents.
  • Provide customer KYC-related support to the relevant internal teams.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • A university degree in Business, Economics, or Finance will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in banking or other financial institutions.
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Command of additional European languages will be considered a strong advantage.
