Your challenges will be to:
Obtain full knowledge of and act in accordance with the company's KYC Policies.
Review KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and perform customer due diligence (CDD) for client accounts and periodic CDD review on existing customer's accounts.
Communicate with customers directly via e-mail, requesting and following up on additional information and KYC documents.
Provide customer KYC-related support to the relevant internal teams.
Cooperate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

A university degree in Business, Economics, or Finance will be considered an advantage.
Experience in banking or other financial institutions.
Experience in a similar position will be considered as a plus.
Excellent command of English is a must.
