• Present and promote the company's services and benefits to new customers.
• Provide outstanding service with proactive communication with customers by telephone, email, and live chat in order to meet customer service measures, metrics, and KPIs within a service targeted environment.
• Lead and follow up the conversation: present, promote and sell products using solid arguments.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in Italian language.
• English language will be considered as an advantage.
