Your challenges will be to:
Present and promote the company's services and benefits to new customers.
Provide outstanding service with proactive communication with customers by telephone, email, and live chat in order to meet customer service measures, metrics, and KPIs within a service-targeted environment.
Lead and follow up the conversation: present, promote and sell products using solid arguments.
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
Our expectations:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the French language.
The English language will be considered an advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Very good Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
Previous experience as a Sales Agent or Customer Service in a call center is an advantage.
