Your challenges will be to:

  • Preparation of documents and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to labor relations (contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, orders, etc.) following Labor Legislation;
  • Entering, administering, and verifying the accuracy of data regarding work schedules, absences, and other information related to the formation of employee remuneration;
  • Handling Bulgarian benefits administration – health insurance, food vouchers, birthday vouchers, etc.
  • Closely collaborating with Finance, Payroll, People, Legal teams, and other stakeholders from the business;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to legal requirements and company guidelines;
  • Working with specialized software for personnel administration Hermes Express.

Our expectations:

  • Relevant economic education;
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Code and Health and Safety;
  • Self-driven and highly organized personality;
  • Team player, action-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good verbal and written command of English.
